オランダで妊娠｜出産までの基本スケジュール

オランダで妊娠しました。妊娠発覚から出産までの、オランダでの基本スケジュールをまとめました。

覚えておきたい英単語＆英熟語（ときどき蘭語）を音声付きで添えています。

オランダでは助産師さんやドクターが英語を話してくれるほか、在庫があれば英語版のリーフレットを頂けたり、妊娠・出産に関する公式ウェブサイトを案内してもらえます。

【※ご注意※】医療的な内容は必ずGPや助産院でご確認ください。方針や進め方は地域によって多少の違いがあるかもしれません。また年によっても変わります。

妊娠検査薬が陽性になったら…

オランダでは、自宅で市販の妊娠検査薬を使って陽性がでたら、居住区の助産院に連絡し最初の面談予約を入れます。面談日を算出するために「最後の月経開始日」を聞かれます。排卵日もわかっていれば、よりスムーズです。どこに助産院があるかわからない場合は、かかりつけ医（GP/Thuisarts）に問い合わせると案内を受けられます。

妊娠検査薬は急ぎなら Kruidvat などの薬局で買えますが割高です。Amazon.nl が種類も多く安価でした。

妊娠の初期～中期はおおむね月１回の面談で、後期に入り周産期が近づいてくると週１回の面談になります。面談では胎児の心音を聞くことができます。時期に応じてエコー検査や血液検査などの案内を受け、検査結果に応じて次の指示を受けます。シンプルでわかりやすいです。

日本に比べて検査回数は少ないですが、リスク因子を持っている場合は速やかに対応してくれます。家族や自分の病歴や、経産婦の場合は過去の妊娠および出産状況も細かく報告しておくと安心です。

［概要 / 抜粋文］助産院で「必需品リスト」を頂いたので、日本語を添えてまとめました。「陣痛と出産に必須のアイテム」はクラームパケットという一式セットを用意すれば揃うのでラクです。「産前および産後の必須アイテム」は個別に購入しなければならず、ちょっと手間です。

19-20週（エコー検査）

「20週エコー検査」と呼ばれる検査です。希望者にのみ行う「胎児の身体異常のスクリーニング」ですが、13週エコー検査と並んで保険が適用されるエコー検査です。20週は、13週のときよりも詳しい状況がわかります。希望すれば、ここで性別を知ることもできます。

ちなみに性別だけを少しでも早く知りたい場合、産院によっては「17週エコー検査」に申し込むことが可能です。ただしこちらは実費になります。早めの予約が必要なので12‐14週の面談までに希望を伝えると良さそうです。

インフルエンザの予防接種はGPに問い合わせて予約します。

百日咳の予防接種はGGD/JGZに問い合わて予約します。未登録の場合、電話予約の際にBSNナンバーを用意し、姓名のスペル・生年月日・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスを言えるようにしておくとスムーズです。

28週（面談）

27週の血液検査の結果が出ていれば聞くことができます。まだ結果がでていないケースもありますし、血液検査日より28週面談が先になるケースもあります。

血液検査の結果が良好な場合、助産院からの電話連絡がないかもしれません。でも心配な場合は助産院に電話で問い合わせて確認してください。

わたしの経験談

現在、妊娠21週です。妊娠検査薬で陽性を確認したのは16週間前です。

家に常備していた Easy@Home の妊娠検査薬を使い、生理予定日にうっすら陽性が出たので、念のため ClearBlue も買って陽性を再確認しました。

それからGPに問い合わせて助産院の案内を受けました。家から通える助産院は2つあったので、近所のママさんから感想などを聞いて選び、電話予約を入れました。面談日を算出するために、最後の月経開始日を聞かれます。排卵日もわかっていれば、よりスムーズです。通常はここから、オランダでの妊婦生活がスタートします。

私の場合は不妊検査を受けており病院にも通っていたので、自宅での妊娠検査薬に加えて病院でも7週目のエコー検査を受ける必要がありました。病院で正常妊娠を確認したのちに、助産院で最初の面談を受けました。

11週目に受けた血液検査で妊娠糖尿病が疑われたため、糖負荷検査に進み、妊娠糖尿病（軽度）の診断を受けました。血糖値を自己測定するキットを受け取り、栄養士さんから食事療法のアドバイスを受け、炭水化物の摂取量や摂取方法に配慮しながら妊婦生活を送っています。
